CAREERS
THE CULTURE
We believe it’s important to have an open, honest and transparent working environment where everyone is valued, respected and supported. All success is built on the back of failure, and that’s one reason why we have a no-blame culture, which embraces mistakes as opportunities to improve and learn from one another.
No single person is treated as more important than another and while we do have individual responsibilities and an organizational structure, there’s no entitlement or deference required - just mutual respect.
THE RIGHT FIT
It’s actually more important to us that candidates have the right cultural fit than the best technical ability. Skills can be taught, but attitude and work ethic are harder to change.
If you want to join us, you should be confident in your ability, but humble. Hard-working, but not entitled. You should have a voice, and prepared to share thoughts, ideas and opinions, especially if you don’t agree with something. When we all pull in the same direction, and share our talents to the best of our ability, then together we’ll succeed.
