WHAT MAKES ELITE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER WHITE LABEL WORDPRESS COMPANIES?
Two things. Firstly the way our project managers integrate with you. We don't box you into working a specific way, and rather, we adapt to work around you. Additionally, our PMs have more focus on strategy, so we're actively working with you to scope things out, estimate them, and determine the best ways to accomplish the desired project outcomes. Secondly, our focus is very much on a mutually beneficial partnership. We're not just order-takers, but we're driven by doing right by our partners, so we always have your back. It's a different way of doing business.
WHY SHOULD I USE ELITE INSTEAD OF HIRING FREELANCERS?
Many, many reasons. When you hire a freelancer, you have to list a job (very thoroughly), vet them, negotiate a price with them, and hope they have the expertise, availability and actual understanding of what you want. Not to mention having to hope that what looks fine on the surface is actually not a ticking time bomb underneath. With Elite, you have none of that worry. IS ALL WORK DONE ON AN HOURLY RATE?
Not necessarily no. Some work makes sense to do on a fixed fee basis, where there are fixed deliverables that are fairly predictable in terms of workload, such as maintenance plans or even site builds. So if you're working on a fixed fee basis for your clients, than understandably you need the certainty of fixed costs so that you remain profitable. WILL I HAVE TO LEARN A NEW PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM?
No, not at all (unless you want to). While we do use a project management platform called ClickUp to manage any work you ask us to do, and we will of course invite you to it, you do not have to use it to work together. Rather, you'll have direct access to your project manager and you can communicate however you work best, whether that's email, Slack, something else, or even your own project management tool of choice. Because working together should make life easier, not harder.
CAN YOU TAKE ON NON-WORDPRESS PROJECTS?
Possibly, but that'll be the exception rather than the rule. Although our team are very capable, we think it's better to focus on our strengths and be honest with you when we're not the best option for you. And to be honest, there's so many different themes, builders and plugins in WordPress that we have enough to keep up with, without learning other platforms too. But if you have a specific need in mind, ask the question and we'll see what the best option is.
